Halyk Bank Kyrgyzstan to Rebrand as O!Bank

On August 12, the shareholders of Halyk Bank Kyrgyzstan JSC decided to change the bank’s name to O!Bank.

Thus, O!Bank will become an integral part of the O! ecosystem, which today offers Kyrgyzstanis a wide range of opportunities—from connecting and managing mobile and regular communication services to convenient payments and financial services through the "My O!" super app on smartphones.

In its operations, O!Bank will focus on providing innovative, convenient, and accessible products and services for both individuals and entrepreneurs. It should be noted that the Halyk Bank Kyrgyzstan brand has been a reliable market participant in Kyrgyzstan for 20 years.

O!Bank intends to maintain its partnership with the Kazkommertsbank and support business development between the two countries. The name change process will be completed after passing all necessary procedures with government authorities and the NBRK.
